PROCESS EXPLAINED
1. Onboarding
Reach out to us via our contact form and submit your information, and our damper engineer will follow-up with you and make contact to begin the process.
2. Information Exchange
Our engineer will contact you and gather relevant information regarding type of vehicle/bike. Problems your trying to solve and any key setup information to start creating a valving specification for you. we may ask you to send us your shocks to dyno test to gather futher information to understand where your current shock setup is at.
3. Recommended Solutions
Once all the information has been established, our damper specialist will start to generate multiple options for your consideration all before placing an order.
4. The Build
Once you have selected the best solution for your needs, we will create a build sheet and valving specification specific for your application and 100% owned by you.
5. Post-sale Support
After you receive your shocks, we encourage you to reach out to us to let us know how your getting on with your shock and to make sure you understand everything before hitting the track with them for the first time.
